Refund Policy — Your Serene Space

At Your Serene Space, we want you to shop with confidence. Our refund policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Note: Return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer's responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at yserenespace@gmail.com with photos. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit at no extra cost to you.

How to Request a Refund

  2. We will respond within 2 business days
  3. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging
