1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

5. Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public holidays).
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at yserenespace@gmail.com with your order number.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
